1. In case of cancellation by CUC BAC TRAVEL:
If CUC BAC TRAVEL is unable to carry out the tour, it must immediately notify the customer and refund the full amount paid by the customer within 3 days from the date of notification of the tour cancellation, either in cash or by bank transfer.
2. In case of cancellation by the customer:
– In case of tour cancellation immediately after registration up to 10 days before departure date, you will be fined 30% of the tour price.
– In case of tour cancellation within 5 – 10 days before departure date, you will be charged 50% of the tour price.
– In case of tour cancellation within 3 – 5 days before departure date, you will be charged 75% of the tour price.
– If you cancel your tour within 0 – 3 days before departure date, you will be charged 100% of the tour price.
Note :
– In case of tour cancellation due to objective incidents such as natural disasters, epidemics, delays and cancellations of public transport… CUC BAC TRAVEL will not be responsible for compensating any additional costs other than refunding the tour fee.
– The above is the maximum cancellation penalty, this cost can be reduced depending on the conditions of each service provider for CUC BAC TRAVEL.
– Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Force majeure
If the tour program is canceled or changed by either party due to a force majeure reason (fire, weather, accident, natural disaster, war, delay and cancellation of public transport…), then the two parties will not bear any obligation to compensate for losses that have occurred and will not bear any legal responsibility.
However, each party has the responsibility to make maximum efforts to assist the damaged party to minimize losses caused by force majeure.
