TERMS OF SERVICE PROVISION

I. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS DURING THE TOUR

Any special requests must be notified to CUC BAC TRAVEL at the time of registration via email, letter, fax, or in person.
EXPLORE HA GIANG will confirm receipt of the information and make every effort to accommodate such requests to the best of its ability. However, the company shall not be responsible for any refusal to provide services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent service providers.
All relevant information will be communicated to you prior to the departure date.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES OF BOTH PARTIES AND OTHER COMMITMENTS

1. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUC BAC TRAVEL

  • Ensure that all services are provided in accordance with the program.

  • Use all customer information solely for tour operations, group insurance purchase, temporary residence registration at accommodation facilities, and service requests at tourist attractions.

  • Store customer personal information internally (for tax reporting documents and travel business records).

  • Allow customers to request updates or corrections to their personal information for future use of CUC BAC TRAVEL services.

  • Commit to protecting customers’ personal information.

  • Provide all necessary information and travel regulations to customers prior to the departure date.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER

  • Ensure that all registration information is accurate. If there are any changes, you must directly contact CUC BAC TRAVEL for updates. The company is not responsible for any issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by customers (information provision is entirely voluntary).

  • Bring all required personal documents when traveling, such as ID card, passport, birth certificate (for children), or marriage certificate (for customers purchasing hotel services only). Overseas Vietnamese customers using a passport or green card must also carry all relevant visas and Vietnam re-entry permits.

  • If traveling with children under 15 years old who are not biological children, you must provide a Power of Attorney from the parents, certified by local authorities.

  • Make full payment on time.

  • During the tour, customers must follow the itinerary and not leave the group without permission. Any change requests must be reported to the tour guide or an authorized representative of CUC BAC TRAVEL.

3. RIGHT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL THE TOUR

CUC BAC TRAVEL reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel the tour at any time if deemed necessary for the convenience or safety of customers. (Customer safety is always the top priority when CUC BAC TRAVEL decides to change the itinerary.)

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising during implementation, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through negotiation.
If negotiation fails, the case shall be submitted to the competent court in accordance with current laws. All related costs will be borne by the losing party.
